Personality: Smart and calculating, Akaashi is one to be quick on the uptake, and often can come across as blunt or emotionless. He'll speak out of turn when it feels necessary. He does have a side of him that can be seen as a more "go with the flow" mentality, especially when around people with much more exuberant energy than him, but he maintains a certain level of tenacity nonetheless.
Akaashi is naturally a more gentle soul, as well. He is careful in his demeanor around people, and can be called calm and rational at almost all times. He is kind in how he wants to be amicable, yet will use his tenacity and rationality to maintain his level of dependability as seen by those around him.
Background: Throughout middle and highschool, Akaashi had three hobbies: volleyball, writing, and drawing. During his third year, after volleyball season had ended for him, he decided to start a new journey. He began writing manga. It's a very simple background, really. He published manga online for about three years, until he was 21, before one of his works was asked to have a small anime adaptation. Twelve episodes with a smaller studio, nothing too major, but it meant the world to Akaashi.
He decided to keep his identity secret, so he tells people who aren't super close to him that he works in editing, but he's actually very proud of his work. Currently, at 28, another, larger, anime under his pseudonym is in production, and he's pretty much living out of his office.
